EDIT 1 : i've smoothed out and detailed the trunks a bit more ;D
EDIT 2: I've sorted out the green bit of the BG and some parts of the riverbed
EDIT 3: I re-drew the trees in the background and sort of changed the trunks of the closer ones too. I redid the clouds and added a bit more shading to the mountains 
I also added some dapples to the grass in the foreground and faded the mountains out a littleFULL VIEW PLZFINALLY.
lol, this has taken me about 8 solid hours of work xDD
i didn't feel like doing much today so i said, 'I WILL PRACTICE BACKGROUNDS. >:I' ... so i did.
it was mainly to practice water but the rest came out fine too c:
The water style was inspired by Ghibli, the water they do is goddd ;A;
Anywho, i named it after a piece from my favourite film Spirited Away (by Studio Ghibli of course) <333

would like to congratulate you on making this work of art as clearly mind-blowing as it is.The way you have realized your ideas is deceptively incredible. It is clear to me that you applied yourself to the fullest with your abundant variation of talents. The foreground of this work is perfectly right for the emotional notion that I contemplate you are struggling to create, but in any case this comment is likely frivolous.
The first thing I have to say is how much I love this background. I look at it everyday since it's online. And everyday it brings a little smile on my face and enlight my days.
Your grass is perfect. I'm so bad at drawing it that I have to admire you for this. It's detailed yet 'cartoony', shiny, beautiful.
Your water also amaze me, so realist in its own way. With the rocks and water plants. The sky/sunlight reflection is perfect.
The trees are incredible, I love how you painted the leaves.
You also did well wih perspective and painting the element in the distance. Lovely clouds too.
Nah really, this background is as great as those you can see in movie or anime, if not even better. I totaly love this style and can't find anything to critique 'negativly' or to point out. I hope you'll keep painting such wonderful background. <3
